True10 ships orders across South Africa using The Courier Guy. We strive to dispatch orders within 2 business days, unless otherwise specified.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

Free Shipping available on all orders (Delivered in 2-5 business days)

Rural & Outlying Areas: Delivery times may be extended by 2 business days for remote locations.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order is handed over to the courier, True10 is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers.

If your package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim.
