Refund policy

At True10, we want you to love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below:

1. Returns & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, provided:

✔ The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. ✔ Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt). ✔ The return request is made within the specified return window.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized/custom-made items (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads

2. How to Return an Item

(1) Email thrusha@true10.co.za with your order number and reason for return. (2) If eligible, we will provide return shipping details. (3) Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
