Yes — we deliver nationwide, with free shipping throughout South Africa.
All parcels are delivered safely and efficiently via The Courier Guy, complete with full tracking.

5. How do I return or exchange an item?
Email thrusha@true10.co.za with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.
We’ll guide you through the process quickly and with ease.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Email thrusha@true10.co.za within 7 days. Items must be unused and returned with all tags attached. We’ll take care of it promptly and arrange a replacement or store credit.
7. I prefer speaking to an actual person. Is this possible?

8. How do I know if I’m wearing the right bra size?
A well-fitted bra should sit anchored around your ribcage, feel comfortable in the cups, and rest gently at your centre. If you’re unsure, try our BUSTED Fit Formula™ or Fit Quiz for simple at-home clarity.
9. What if I’m between sizes or unsure which size to choose?
Sister sizing helps you refine your fit:
Down a band = Up a cup
Up a band = Down a cup

10. How do I know which bra style suits me best?
Each style offers a different kind of support:

11. Do your bras work for fuller busts?

13. I’ve had body changes (pregnancy, weight shifts, surgery). Can you help me refit?
Of course. Bodies evolve — and your bra size evolves with them. We’ll help you refit with clarity and comfort.
14. Do I need to “break in” a new bra?
Yes. Like new shoes, bras soften and mold to your shape over a few wears. A snug band at first — especially after sizing down — is normal and settles beautifully.
15. What are the benefits of a sports bra?
Movement without support strains delicate breast ligaments, causing discomfort and long-term sagging. A well-fitted sports bra reduces bounce, protects breast tissue, and keeps you comfortable at any intensity. We offer support levels for every activity.
16. Why does the underwire in my bra hurt?
Underwire discomfort is almost always a fit issue. If the wire sits on breast tissue or presses into your underarm, try a bigger cup or a smaller band (with one cup up).
Your wire should frame your shape, never sit on it.
17. What if one breast is bigger than the other?
Completely normal — nearly all women have natural asymmetry.
Fit to your bigger side, and choose flexible styles like stretch lace for a beautifully balanced feel.

18. How should I care for my bras?
Gentle care goes a long way:

- Use a mild lingerie wash
- Avoid twisting or wringing
- Lay flat to dry
- Nest cups when storing

19. How often should I replace my bras?
Most bras last 6–12 months, depending on wear. A loose band, slipping straps or fading support are signs it’s time to refresh.
