Whether you’ve been advised by us or you’ve ordered your usual bra size online, it’s important that you feel fabulous in your purchase. If once you’ve worn your bra, you feel it’s too uncomfortable, or you are unhappy with it for any reason then we recommend you stop wearing it and contact us immediately so that we can offer some further fitting advice or suggest an alternative style.
We are happy to exchange items.
All we ask is that you return them to us unworn, with all the original labels, within 14 days please.
If you do not find an item that you’re happy with we will offer you store credit for returns.
Store credit never expires.
We can also pre-order items of your preference if your purchase doesn’t work out.
We do NOT issue refunds to original methods of payment.
Bottoms & Swimwear: We are more than happy for you to try on any bottoms or swimwear to see how they fit and look however we do ask that you please try these items on at our studio, over your own underwear in the interests of both health and hygiene.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bottoms.
If you need to return swimwear for any reason we are able to accept them as long as they are unworn and still have the tags on. Returns and exchanges will be subject to our inspection.
This policy does not affect your rights relating to defected or damaged items – please email us at email@example.com and we will rectify this right away! We always want you to be happy with your purchases so if in doubt please contact us for more information.
Returning / Exchanging your order
All returns or exchanges are sent to our studio at 8 Kariwood, Kindlewood Estate, Mount Edgecombe.
You can either drop off the item/s at the studio or email us to arrange collection.
Store credits will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card which will be emailed to you.
Please allow 5 working days for this process.
Courier costs for these will be deducted from your store credit. Alternately you are most welcome to arrange your own courier.
